Ini adalah alat yang terbuat dari dua bundaran (atau bentuk oval / kotak yang lebih jarang ditemui) yang berfungsi untuk 'mengunci' kain agar permukaan pengerjaan rata untuk mempermudah pengerjaan menyulam. Ada yang terbuat dari plastik dan kayu, yang bisa dipilih tergantung kenyamanan.
This is a tool that is made out of two rings (or shaped oval / square that is less likely to found) that functions to secure the fabric from getting loose, to make the surface flat to make embroidering easier. It is made out of plastic or wood, that you can choose out of your preference.
Walaupun kalian bisa menggunakan bentuk / ukuran gunting apa saja, tapi saya menyarankan memakai gunting / trimmer yang kecil dan tajam dengan alasan kepraktisan karena digunakan hanya untuk memutus benang.
Though you can use any kind / size of scissors, but I suggest to use the small and sharp scissors / trimmer due to practicality because all we do here is to cut the floss.
